Is there any alternative in case I arrive earlier than the established check-in hour?
In some cases, depending on our activities, we can update the check-in hour to 8 a.m. by reserving a night in advance or paying an additional $580 MXN / $34.80 USD. We suggest you ask us first so that we can confirm to you that it would be under our reach. In this case, payment must be made before your arrival through Airbnb.
Is there any reference on how to use the house keys?
You can easily identify the keys, the one with the most security elements would correspond to the main door, and the smaller one would be the one for your room. Please remember your keys, since the main door requires the use of your key to enter and exit [you must hear 3 “clicks” to confirm that it closed or opened correctly].
If someone picks me up at the house or delivers an order I made, should I notify you?
It will be of great support, since we require to register the person with the security guards. Remember that your code is not transferable, so if it is a service like Rappi, Uber, Didi or another, you can tell us the name of the platform; in the case of a person, we only require their full name.
Can I water the plants?
To improve their care, we ask you, please, not to water the plants nor to put trash on their pots.
What’s the Wi-Fi network name and password?
You can use the network that ends with “Guest” and the password is “Visitas.2018*” [without the quotation marks, remember to put the point – . – and the asterisk – * -]. In case the network that says “Pro” appears, this one has better coverage, it’s just not visible to all devices.
Is there anything in the house that can take as a souvenir?
For now, everything from the towels to the plants have decided to stay at home with us; we’ve worked hard for our possessions. We thank you for taking care of them and leaving them in their place.
I have a laptop that suffered a failure during my stay, what can I do?
In case you require support with your laptop, I have a personal entrepreneurship called Lapcity at which I can provide maintenance, repair, or upgrades. Take advantage of a 20% discount on services or 5% discount on products or spare parts for Airbnb guests.
Are there any towels I can use?
Of course! You are welcome to use the towels provided in each room. To discard used towels, hang them on the ladder-shaped towel rack located in your room.
Is there somewhere I can park?
You can find a parking spot by the park that is located uphill or on the sidewalk by the house next door [however, we recommend leaving space for another vehicle to avoid any issues with the neighbors].
What’s the check-out time?
Check-out is at 13:00 [1PM] so you don’t have to rush out early in the morning.
What is the maximum occupancy per room?
To maintain a pleasant experience, we expect a maximum of two guests in the room with a double bed; if you are considering visiting us with another guest, please verify with us on a case-by-case basis.
Can I have some water from the kitchen?
For your convenience, you can pour yourself water from the refrigerator. If you like, we can also place a pitcher on the kitchen bar with water at room temperature, you just have to mention it to us.
Can I put food in the fridge?
We leave one of the shelves empty, so you can use it for any food that you need to refrigerate.
Is there hot water to shower?
Due to fluctuations in water pressure beyond our control, the hot water is configured to come out already warm, you only have to wait a minute and a half. If warm water does not come out after a moment, try opening, at the same time, the hot water from the faucet to increase the pressure.
If I need a hair dryer or an iron for clothes, what do I do?
You can find the hair dryer under the sink, inside the cabinet, don’t forget to put it away when you finish using it; In case you require the iron, just tell us to lend it to you without problem.
Do I have to wash the dishes or cutlery that I use?
We ask you, please, rinse and wash the dishes, cutlery, glasses, cups or any utensil you use in the kitchen or dining room.
How can I watch the TV in the living room?
Currently, we only have streaming applications, to access them, click on the “house” icon on the remote. The apps have a profile called “Airbnb”: Netflix, Star, Disney+, and Amazon Prime.
How can I send you money to pay for extra services?
You can do it through Airbnb, you just have to enter our conversation through the app. From there, there should be a button that says “Resolution Center” where you can select to send money directly to the hosts.
